Is there a return policy?
We aren’t liable for damaged, lost, or stolen orders once they’ve been shipped. However, if you do experience one of these issues, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We really want you to love your product and will do what we can to ensure you have the best experience possible.
Do you offer a refund or exchange on a product?
We are happy to issue an exchange or refund for products returned within 30 days of shipping your order. Please note, we are unable to refund shipping charges. The item must be undamaged and we are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours to make changes! To make a change to your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information to ensure a prompt reply: your order number, full name, best method of contact, and the changes you are looking to make.
How do I cancel an order?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order. Please email email@example.com with your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation. After 24 hours, your order cannot be canceled.
Will I receive an order confirmation email?
As soon as your order is placed, you will be emailed with an order confirmation. You will get a second notification once your order has been shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is processed, it will be given a tracking number. You will receive your order’s tracking number once the order has shipped.
Where are your journals printed?
All of our journals are locally printed and bound in Toronto, Canada.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Being eco-friendly is something we are most proud of! All our products are environmentally responsible and are either FSC approved or made with 100% post-consumer recycled paper! Also, in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we manufacture locally!
Do you ship internationally?
Are additional fees included when ordering internationally?
Orders do not include import duties, taxes, and other charges in the item price. Please check in with your country’s customs office to determine if there are any additional costs prior to purchasing. Shipping can take anywhere from 6-14 business days to arrive after purchasing. However, due to the current climate, please expect and plan for delays.
How long does it take to process my order?
Processing time for each order is anywhere between 1-3 business days. This does not include transit time.

Can I include a gift note with my order?
Yes! We are so excited to now offer handwritten gift notes with every order.
